The Bavarian Manor is great for weddings, family reunions, church retreats, college clubs or any other group of up to 42 persons. For larger groups, we can easily accommodate additional guests in our nearby cabins or hotel rooms.  We are centrally located, within walking distance to all attractions…the lake, restaurants, theaters, shops, bowling lanes and the ski slopes.

The Bavarian Manor is an extremely popular accommodation.  Most of our guests are returning regularly year after year.  It is truly unique being the only facility of its type in Big Bear Lake.  The Manor offers eleven bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.  There are two or three beds in each room.  All bed linens are provided and daily towel service is included.  The large dining/meeting room and lounge has a rock fireplace, piano, projection screen, and cable TV with VCR. The recreation room has a pool table and rock fireplace.  The kitchen is well equipped with a large Wolf commercial stove, two over-the-range microwave ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers.  Pots and pans with utensils are provided for most cooking needs.  All plates, cups, and silverware are also provided.

The Bavarian Manor overlooks the heated swimming pool (open during the summer months only and the enclosed hot spa (open year-round).  There is a central recreation area containing volley ball court, basketball, barbecues, picnic tables, horseshoe pit and ping pong tables.  There is an extra large barbecue for nightly campfires (by request only).  We have two regulation tennis courts, lighted for night use (not available in winter months), but please bring your own tennis rackets and balls.  Bring swim suits and beach towels and have a wonderful time in our Manor.

Charges for the Bavarian Manor are:
There is a $500.00 refundable security deposit charged to the guests’ credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) at check-in.  This deposit is held until a complete inspection is made to verify if any damage has been incurred or not.

We require a deposit of 1/2 the total charges when a reservation is made because the Manor is so popular.  We cannot hold it without a DEPOSIT.  It accommodates 42 people. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.  30-day cancellation policy.
Cancellation fee is $100.
